Here’s what you need to know about your animal Lund Angus Beef order for delivery on Saturday, Sept. 18 or Sunday, Sept. 19.

1. You have submitted your order and paid the deposit, delivery fee, and extras (if any) already. Thanks!
   • Check for any email with the subject Your Lund Angus order has been received!
2. Processing occurs for your 2-1/2 weeks before your delivery date (because the beef is dry-aged for 14-16 days to increase flavor).
   • If you ordered 1/2 or more, you will receive a worksheet if you’d like to customize the cuts of beef you receive (our suggestions already selected).
3. About 2-weeks before delivery, you’ll receive an invoice for the remaining fee of your order
   • (as listed on the website, this is in the ballpark of 2.5-3x your deposit).
